A trusting connection begins at home
In the caring community of FurPetVo, many members form long-lasting friendships through pet sitting — just like sitters Julie and Jonathan did when they met pet owner Sarah. Sarah was nervous about finding her first in-home pet sitter but knew her precious pup, Mabel, would much prefer staying at home than in a kennel. “We recently sat for the adorable 1-year-old black Lab, Mabel. The owners, Sarah and Peter, were really nervous about having a live-in sitter they didn’t know — but they knew Mabel would be deeply unhappy in kennels. They decided to join furpetvo.com and placed their advert.
After a FaceTime call, they chose us — and we felt incredibly lucky. We had a fabulous time with Mabel: she’s so well behaved, with the sweetest nature. She loves fun — especially at her favourite river, where she dives in to retrieve her ball over and over again. She is delightfully ball obsessed.”

We also Skyped while they were away — and we were especially thrilled to hear them say they felt completely confident their furry baby and their home were in good hands. They were able to truly relax on their much-needed holiday.

Sarah’s perspective
