Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon water
• ¾ cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ¾ cup all-natural peanut butter (must be xylitol-free)

Supplies

• Mini muffin tin
• 2 mixing bowls
• Measuring spoons and cups
• Blender or food processor
• 2 resealable plastic bags
• Scissors
• Spoon
• Pastry or basting brush
• Rolling pin

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil.
