- Scroll down to the Your References section and click Add.
- Enter your referee’s first name and click Continue.
- Choose how to send the reference link—via email or copy-and-paste—and share it with your referee.
Once they submit their reference, it will appear on your profile after moderation. Pro tip: Follow up politely if you don’t hear back within a week—and always thank your referees personally. Their support helps open doors you may not even know are waiting.
