As the camera rolls, so does Wally’s tennis ball—but instead of leaping into action, he calmly taps it back toward his human with one paw. When Dad rolls the ball again, Wally barely lifts a limb. In fact, the only movement he makes is a slow, unbothered tracking of the ball with his eyes as it rolls right over his head.
Dad retrieves the ball and gives him another chance. This time, the ball bounces off the top of Wally’s paw and taps his nose—yet he remains completely unfazed. Several more attempts follow, but Wally’s expression stays consistent: serene, sleepy, and deeply uninterested in performing on cue.
